I often find it extremely hard to relax, anxiety overwhelms me and I start to panic with a million thoughts going through my head. So when I start feeling anxious I do two things. First, I light a Yankee Lavender candle, a comfort for me because it reminds me of my grandmother. The second thing I do is think of all the good times with my grandma and how much she understood and loved me. Whenever I can't relax these are the two steps that remind me I am loved, and that I can make it through any struggle, even if its just a small scale anxiety attack.
